We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. During this time, you may request a return for eligible items. To qualify for a return, products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them, with original tags and packaging intact. Items that show signs of wear or damage after delivery may not be eligible for a refund.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will guide you through the next steps and provide clear instructions to ensure a smooth process. Once your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label so you can send the item back at no additional cost. Opzenor LLC covers the cost of return shipping for approved returns within the United States.
After we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return eligibility requirements. Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Most refunds are processed within five to ten business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. We do not charge any restocking fees.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you and provide instructions for returning the affected product. Your satisfaction and your child’s comfort are our priority, and we will resolve such issues as quickly as possible.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not already been processed or shipped. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
For your convenience, orders are generally processed within one to two business days and delivered within three to five business days after shipping. We provide free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. At this time, we only ship domestically and do not offer international delivery.
