Opzenor LLC offers a curated selection of children’s clothing, toddler wear, and related apparel products designed for comfort, safety, and everyday use. All products are subject to availability.
We make every reasonable effort to display product descriptions, sizes, and colors accurately. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your screen or device settings. All items are physical products. We do not sell digital products, subscriptions, or age-restricted goods.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on the Site are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and may change without notice. We strive to ensure pricing accuracy, but occasional errors may occur. If a pricing error is identified after your order is placed, we will contact you with the option to confirm the corrected price or cancel the order.
Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept major credit and debit cards, Stripe, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through trusted payment processors. We do not store your full payment details on our servers.
4. Order Processing & Shipping
Orders are typically processed within one to two business days after purchase. Once shipped, delivery within the continental United States generally takes three to five business days, depending on the carrier and your location.
We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.
5. Returns & Refunds
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within thirty days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@opzenor.com. We will provide instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid return label.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within five to ten business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. We do not charge restocking fees.
